This Cookie Policy explains how Pontus Gonio LLC uses cookies, local storage and similar technologies on PontusRotana.com. It should be read together with the Privacy Policy.

1. Necessary technologies

Necessary technologies support core website functions and do not require optional analytics or advertising consent. The site stores pontus_consent_v2 for up to 180 days so that your privacy choices can be remembered.

When you save a choice, we retain an anonymous consent receipt with the date and time, selected categories and the notice version shown. Receipts are retained for up to 12 months; expired records are removed by scheduled maintenance. The preference cookie includes the receipt reference. It is not used for advertising.

2. Analytics technologies

If you allow Analytics, consent-aware analytics tags configured through Google Tag Manager may measure how visitors use the website and help us understand website performance. Analytics storage remains denied unless you grant this category.

3. Advertising technologies

If you allow Advertising, Google Ads and other consent-aware advertising tags configured through Google Tag Manager may be used to measure advertising effectiveness and, where enabled, support personalised advertising. Advertising storage, advertising user data and advertising personalisation remain denied unless you grant this category.

4. Google Consent Mode

The website uses Google Consent Mode v2. Before you make a choice, analytics and advertising storage are set to denied. Google consent-aware tags may operate in advanced consent mode and send limited cookieless measurement signals while consent is denied. Your choice is then communicated to Google through Consent Mode.

5. Advertising attribution

When Advertising is allowed, campaign parameters such as UTM values and Google advertising click identifiers may be kept temporarily in your browser session and included with a property inquiry for campaign attribution. When Advertising is not allowed, the site does not persist or submit those advertising identifiers through this feature.

6. Change or withdraw your choice

You can reopen the consent controls at any time by selecting Cookie Settings in the website footer. Rejecting optional categories does not prevent you from browsing the website or submitting a property inquiry.
