This Privacy Policy explains how Pontus Gonio LLC (“Pontus”, “we”, “us”) processes personal data collected through PontusRotana.com in connection with Pontus Rotana Resort & Spa property inquiries, website operation, analytics and advertising measurement.

2. Data we collect

Depending on how you use the site, we may collect your name, email address, phone or WhatsApp number, preferred contact method, language, information you submit in a property inquiry, the landing-page URL, and technical information needed to operate and secure the website.

If you allow Advertising technologies, campaign information such as UTM parameters and Google advertising click identifiers (for example GCLID, GBRAID or WBRAID) may also be processed for campaign attribution. 5. Inquiry forms and Bitrix24 CRM

Property inquiries are stored in our WordPress website and are also sent to the Bitrix24 CRM used by the Pontus sales team so that the inquiry can be assigned, followed up and managed. Our current Bitrix24 account operates in the bitrix24.ru domain zone. Bitrix24 states that data for its Russian cloud service is stored on servers in the Russian Federation.

If you are located in the EEA, United Kingdom or Switzerland, sending an inquiry may therefore involve an international transfer of personal data. You may contact us at sales@pontus.ge for further information about the transfer arrangements applicable to your inquiry.

6. Google services and consent

The website uses Google Tag Manager to manage measurement and advertising tags. Google Consent Mode v2 is used so that the consent signals analytics_storage, ad_storage, ad_user_data and ad_personalization reflect your choices. Optional analytics and advertising storage are denied by default until you grant the relevant category.
